Karen has 21 years of experience in hair styling and beauty care, first at Finale Salon in
South Burlington where she partnered with her mother Susan Struble, and for the past
five years at Paragon Design.

She combines her honest approach to hair styling with a sense of what works – and makes
sure her clients get a style that matches how much work they want to put into their hair
every day.

Karen “does everything” – haircut, color, highlight; wedding and makeup consultations;
facial, pedicure & manicure, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, waxing. The salon has 14
operators - if Karen is not available, there other options. Appointments also can be made
with the two massage therapists (one specializes in pain management) or for electrolysis
or color consultations.

Outside of work Karen can be found reading cookbooks and delighting in her daughter
Sydney.
