This busy shop serves customers on a first-come, first-served basis in four oil change bays and two repair bays, yet you’re not likely to wait more than 15 minutes. General Manager Rob Remillard designed the Shelburne Road building and developed Oil N' Go’s procedures and systems – and he’s a fussy guy…in a good way.

The technicians are dedicated and attentive – and it’s comforting to know that there is an amazingly low turnover rate. Obviously, they like working there; Rob describes it as a “prideful approach.” Brad, who works in the pit underneath the cars, spends a rare unoccupied moment cleaning the floor. Wow. When your car is done you receive a complete service review.
