The showroom is chock full of popular models. Visit Marcotte’s website for an up-to-date list of new appliance models, including pricing and whether it’s in stock (if not – they can get it in 2-3 days). The list also includes scratch & dent and reconditioned models with pricing.

For budget-conscious shoppers, they are the Northern Vermont Scratch & Dent Depot. GE sends the units that have been returned for any reason to Marcotte’s.  At their shop, each piece is checked from top to bottom! Damaged or missing parts are replaced or the mechanical troubles are fixed. Then the unit is thoroughly tested and sells carrying the same warranty as any brand new appliance – but you get a BIG discount!!  Marcotte’s also reconditions appliances, often traded-in, and sells them with a 90-day warranty.

Service is of highest priority at Marcotte Appliance. Their own GE customers get preference, of course, but all calls are answered personally and service is often completed the same day. They service most major brands and repair rates are competitive.  And, if you have an antique appliance that needs parts, Norm would be happy to look them up in the extensive collection of parts squirreled away!
